The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday thru Saturday.
Shipping time: All orders are shipped via first class mail or priority shipping depending on the item. All orders include a delivery confirmation number which will be emailed to you after the order has been shipped.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
